Testimony in Opposition to Bill 24
Bill 24 will severely hurt our island economy and cause undue hardship on local families, many
of whom have been in this industry for several decades.
It places unreasonable financial burdens and dubious, senseless, redundant regulations on
those in the aquarium trade that accomplishes nothing that the current management plan in
place by the State thorough DLNR currently administers.
