My message to the Committee Aloha Chair Wille and Committee Members
Mahalo for the opportunity!
I support Bill 318 protecting Hawaii's reef wildlife from harmful
aquarium trade starvation and insufficient water volume during
shipping.
Having grown up on the Big Island in the 1980's and diving my whole
life here, I can testify of the dramatic decline of tropical fish at
areas where collectors operate.
