As someone who has been around and pan of recreational aquariums for several years. I feel it is imperative that any wildlife harvested from the ocean be more stringently regulated. It should be sustainable, just like fishing practices should be. It should be humane. A larger focus should be placed on creatures that can be bred in captivity in order to sustain the ecosystem.
