The appropriation for the accounts set forth below shall be conditioned upon the
following requirements to be fulfilled by the grantee nonprofit organization throughout
fiscal year 1999-2000:
5471.48 -Hawaii County Economic Opportunity Council (HCEOC)
Submittal of quarterly reports to the Finance Director and Legislative Auditor
indicating (a) total ridership of eligible county residents using HCEOC
transportation services; (b) all expenses for fuel, maintenance and repair services
obtained from County of Hawaii baseyards; and (c) listing of all agencies for
which HCEOC provides client transportation.
5471.44 -YWCA of Hawaii Island/Sexual Assault Support Services
Submittal to the Finance Director and Legislative Auditor of (a) written
concurrence from Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children for the
revised budget plan prepared by YWCA of Hawaii Island dated May 3, 1999 to
its 1999-2000 application for nonprofit grant support from the County of Hawaii;
and (b) an executed subcontract issued by Kapiolani Medical Center for Women
and Children to the YWCA of Hawaii Island for delivery of sexual assault support
services beginning July 1, 1999 through funding provided by the State of Hawaii,
Department of Health.
* Hawaii Island Veterans Memorial, Inc.
Submittal to the Finance Director and Legislative Auditor of (a) a signed,
executed lease for property where the veterans services center will be constructed;
and (2) documentation demonstrating release of capital improvement project
funds as a grant-in-aid under Chapter 42F, HRS to the Hawaii Island Veterans
Memorial, Inc. by the State of Hawaii.
