RE: Request for Executive Session, County of Hawaii, Workers' Compensation
Cases, 89-049, 98-011 and 96-043..
Dear Chairperson Arakaki:
Please place these items on the County Council's agenda for the next meeting of the full County
Council. The discussion should be conducted in Executive Session because it involves
Workers' Compensation matters, employees' medical conditions, personnel matters and privacy
interests. Additionally, the County's strategy in these Workers' Compensation cases will also be
discussed.
