Waimea Waterline Change Order
Aloha Councilmembers:
I offer the following in support of the funding of the Change Order.
The roadwork in Waimea, while a serious interruption of business and travel, is none the
less a much needed project. All those involved in this project have done everything they
canto make this project as painless as possible for the residents of Waimea, the
businesses located there and the huge amount of residents who traverse this area on a
daily basis. It is imperative that this project not be delayed further.
Federal funding for this change order has already been approved.
I urge that you act with reason and all due speed in approval of this matter.
