Dear Councilman Tyler,
We the residents of Kalaoa View Estates would like to thank you for voting against
waiving the zoning code for the upcoming 50 home proiect north of our Kalaoa View
Subdivision. We are very concerned about having our road be the only entrance to the
future project. Kaalele Street is very steep and we feel that it would be dangerous for the
many children living in our neighborhood and feel the traffic from a neighboring
subdivision would cause conjestion at peak hours. As much as we appreciate and are
thankful for affordable housing projects such as this, we can not agree on the relaxed
zoning that is being proposed. For safety sake, we think there should be another access
into the upcoming 50 affordable home project.
We thank you for your help and ask that you shaze our concerns with the rest of the
council.
