As part of my evaluation of the effect such pre-emptions might have on residents and the general public, i need to know the following: 1. Has your department reviewed the proposed pre-emptions? 2. If so, what effects will these pre-emptions have on the department's existing standards for any improvements normally required for a development of this size? 3. if any standards will be changed by these pre-emptions, what effect will such changes have on the issues of public health, safety, and welfare? 4. Will the County (i.e. taxpayers) be exposed to any additional liability if any or all of these are approved? 5.
