Dear Members of the County Council
I attended a Community Association ~~1~!~ting last night in Waimea and was
informed that your Finance Committee will tae: meeting today to decide about the
Change Order relating to the requirement to bury the existing 12" Waterline
deeper. It i5 very important Lo approve :hc: C«~ange Order at this time.
Delaying the work to a later date woukJ nose expensive and very disruptive
to the communtity. The contractor, Good~e:iia~v Brothers, is doing a fine job of
keeping this project on schedule and test%~nly cannot be held financially
responsible for inaccurat® plans. Thank yctp nor your consideration of this
matter.
