Attached please find copy of draft bill that amends Chapter 24, Section 24-201 of the
Hawaii County Code, by changing the section's title from "Special parking privileges" to
"Parking for authorized vehicles." This amendment is proposed because of the concern
expressed in a previous committee meeting about the title.
