SUBJECT: Resolution for the Hawaii Counts Council
Reonelehua Heights Subdivision Project
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) has
submitted to the Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA) a
resolution authorizing the exemption of the proposed Keonelehua
Heights Subdivision Project from certain zoning, subdivision and
roadway codes and requirements.
The HCHA has reviewed and approved the resolution at its meeting
of January 22, 1997. Accordingly, I am requesting that the
resolution be included on the Council agenda for action at its
February 7, 1997, meeting.

2 . Subdivision Code:
Exemption: That the typical private roadway standards be as
shown on the plan attached as Exhibit "A. "
3 . Subdivision Code:
Exemption: That the number of lots that access a private
dead end roadway standards be as shown on the plan attached
as Exhibit "A. "
