RE: Chronological Listing of work done to date of Randy Banks violation and
Taleni Kalui violation in Black Sands subdivision.

10/07/98 -Initial complaint was sent to Planning Dept. and forward through to
Building Division.
10/23/98 -Received complaint via Planning Dept.

10/26/98 -Posted memo/Taleni Kalui & Randy Banks. The were notified to obtain
building permits and given 10 days initially to respond.
11/04/98 - Appt. -Visit Black Sands S/D -Randy Banks to apply for building permit
today (via Nanil. Taleni Kalui came in to submit plans. Plans were
incomplete and requirements were explained to him.
11/05/98 -Randy Banks came in to apply for building permit. Plans were
incomplete and requirements were explained to him.
11/30/98 -Collin Neal called, was informed Taleni Kalui applied for shed permit &
application was being routed to various agencies.
12/08!98 -Memo Issued via Joy -Left memo with neighbor for Taleni Kalui to
contact Nani (961-8472) at Building Division notifying him that plans
require Architectural or Structural Engineer's stamp.
1/04/99 -Request via Stan T. to follow-up on new Information from Taleni Kalui
informing us that he withdrew his permit application on 12/09/98 and
may remove the structure.
1/06/99 -Posted memo on Taleni Kalui's property to begin removal within 48 hours
and complete within 90 days.
2/23/99 -Issued correction notice, dated 2/19/99, to Taleni Kalui. Demolish work to
complete within 90 days.
2/23/99 -Issued correction notice, dated 2/19/99 to Randy Banks. Obtain permit by
