Dear Mr. Arakaki and All Council Members:
We would like to let you know the importance of West Hawaii
County Band to the West Hawaii communities.
The band gives free concerts in the various towns. They liven up
almost all of West Hawaii's parades. They entertain at festivals,
athletic events, and keiki programs. And they provide the flourish
to countless ceremonies.
Celebrations and ceremonies require live music. Please do not
dissolve the West Hawaii County Band.
