SUBJECT: Resolution 37-97
Proposed Reonelehua Heights Affordable Housing Project
On February 7, 1997, the Hawaii County Council approved
Resolution 37-97 authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement
with Nohona Partners for the development of the Keonelehua
Heights Affordable Housing Project.
This item also appeared as Resolution 423-96, Keoni Heights,
before being withdrawn by the developer at the meeting of the
Hawaii County Housing Agency on November 20, 1996. The Office
of Housing and Community Development respectfully requests that
Resolution 423-96 be filed.
