SUBJECT: Resolution for the Hawaii Couxi /Council
University Heights Weet Project
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) has
submitted to the Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA) a
resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement to
develop the proposed University Heights West Project as an
affordable housing project pursuant to Section 201E of the
Hawaii Revised Statutes.
The HCHA has reviewed and approved the resolution at its meeting
of January 22, 1997. Accordingly, I am requesting that the
resolution be included on the Council agenda for action at its
February 7, 1997, meeting.
