SUBJECT: Resolution 38-97
Proposed University Heights west Affordable Housing
Project
On February 7, 1997, the Hawaii County Council approved
Resolution 38-97 authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement
with the White Hat Development Corporation for the development of
the University Heights West Affordable Housing Project.
This item also appeared as Resolution 426-96 before being
withdrawn by the developer at the meeting of the Hawaii County
Housing Agency on November 20, 1996. The Office of Housing and
Community Development respectfully requests that Resolution 426-
96 be filed.
