Re: Bill 45, Draft 2, Operating Budget Adjustments
The following amendments are proposed to Bill No. 45, Draft 2, to defend funded vacant
positions with the Public Works Highway Maintenance Division and Wastewater Division,
and to transfer said funds into the Roadside Maintenance Service Contractual Services
Account (301-5301..76-115 E. Circle island road repairs) and Miscellaneous Contingency
Account (911-5911.19-341 A. Contingency) respectively. I have listed the Highway
Maintenance and Wastewater Division funded vacant position that would be affected by
this proposal.
Also attached is proposed amendments to defend Highway Maintenance Administration
Equipment Account (301-5301.06-449 Motor Vehicle, and 301-5301.06-456
Construction & Repair Equipment), and to transfer said funds into the Roadside
Maintenance Service Contractual Services Account (301-5301.76-115 E. Circle island
road repairs) respectively.
Also attached is proposed amendments to defend Wastewater Division Equipment
Account (631-5631.21-449 Motor Vehicle) and to transfer said funds into the
Miscellaneous Contingency Account (911-5911.19-341 A. Contingency) respectively.
