Operating Budget for FY99-2000
This is to transmit Bill No. 45, Draft 3 establishing an Operating Budget for fiscal
year 1999-2000. Draft 3 is the result of amendments made at the Council meeting on
May 25, 1999, which include (1) appropriations to non-profit organizations in accordance
with the Human Services and Economic Development Committee Report No. 2
(amended by Council) and (2) adjustments to the Miscellaneous Insurance Claims &
Judgement Account (-$500,000) and County Council's Contingency Relief Account
(+$453,637) and the County Clerk-Election's Division (+$46,363).
