As property owners in Fern Acres we object to commercial business permits being issued for residents
doing b•.:siness cut of t}:cir home;, is wh:.t we :,crsider :o b:, residential only.
Our biggest objection are business's that require customers or clients coming to the home. This means
increased traffic on streets that were not intended for commercial use. Once opened to this type of permit
it will be harder to restrict progress in [hat direction.
Please, do not allow the hustle bustle of the city to invade Fern Acres.
