Re: Application for Bed $ Breakfast permit
at power pole #11 Pikake St. Fern Acres Division.
Dear Hawaii County Council,
I like the idea of a Bed and Breakfast at the Fern Acres sub-division.
I own lot #7372 and I am interested in living in the Fern Acres sub-division
someday . A Bed & Breakfast Inn at Fern Acres would be a blessing for
someone like me (a property owner living on the mainland) to view Fern
Acres by vacationing at a Bed & Breakfast Inn in Hawaii at Fern Acres.
My main concern would be that Annie Parks keep her prices at a reasonable
rate for all to enjoy.
