The largest expenditure is for the Motorola radio maintenance agreement (@ $76,000) which we have no control over. 57 This is dependent upon bid results by private contractors. ~P~1 COG Z Comm. Therefore, we need to provide adequate supplies. 59 We need this contingency, which is dependent upon the price of fuel and fuel usage, both of which are unpredictable. 60 OK to cut this. We have adequate stores until the following year. 61 OK to cut this. 62 We need this contingency for repairs, the necessity for which is unpredictable. 63 Same as 62. 64 OK if you want to cut supplies for the volunteer fire stations.
