Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. SQ Draft 4, which includes the
following amendment to Condition Q to prohibit further subdivision:
"Restrictive covenants in the deeds of all the proposed lots within the subject
property shall prohibit the construction of a second dwelling unit on each lot, and shall prohibit
