Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 50, Drafr 6, which includes the
following amendments to Condition C as discussed at today's Council meeting:
Condition C. In the first sentence insert "which shall provide for no more than 98
residential lots". Also insert the final sentence "Further, no second dwellings shall be permitted
on the lots."
