Arakaki, Chair ~ and Members of the Hawaii County Council m FROM: `y Bobby Jean Leithead-Todd, Chair Committee on Planning RE: Proposed Bill No. 50, Draft 7 Applicant: SCD Kahalcai, LLC TMK: 7-5-20:1 Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 50, Draft 7, which includes the proposed amendment to an RS-20 zoning as discussed at today's Council meeting. In order to comply with the proposal, SECTION 1 has been amended as follows: 1. The entire SECTION 1 of Ordinance 91-21 has been reinserted and appropriately amended. 2. Previous references to the old zoning code have been updated to the current zoning code. Section 25-8-3 replaces former Section 25-87, and Article 8 replaces former Article 3. 3. The previously approved district classification of RS-7.5 has been amended to RS-20. 4. The attached map has been revised to reflect the aforementioned amendments. D~ 115©~ D. 7 Comm.
