Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 50, Draft 8, which includes the
following amendments:
l . SECTION 1. Amends the zoning from RS-20 to RS-10.
2. Condition B. Amends from 98 units to 120 units.
3. Condition D. Amends from 98 units to 120 units.
4. Condition E. Inserts new language which sets aside a road reserve lot, which will
be built to standards established by the Department of Public Works.
5. Condition M. Inserts "of a sewer line in the parcel" into the ending part of the
first sentence.
6. Condition O. Amends 4+ acres to 33+ acres for the private active recreational
park.
7. Condition Q. Amends from 98 units to 120 units. p o
