Chairman James Arakaki and Council Members:
I would appreciate the opportunity to testify on Bill i~50 draft 8. Having
already driven to Hilo, spending the night in a hotel, and then having the Bill
deferred, it seems to me the council should have a public hearing in Kona.
There have been major changes draft $ which will dramatically change the
surrounding neighborhood. Please allow us the opportunity to offer our input
to the plannirrg process for West Hawaii.
