I understand that there have been substantive changes in this Bill since the last Public Hearing, most of which sound disadvantageous for the Kona community. My understanding is that utilities in the latest Draft will not be underground, and that the infrastructure of this proposed subdivision is being altered drastically, thus affecting the beauty and ambiance of the surrounding community. T am sending this note to request that this matter be deferred and no[ voted upon until additional public hearings can be held in West Hawaii, and public input and testimony be considered.
