SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 150-15, Draft 2; A Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and From the Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account to Provide a Grant to
Child and Family Service for Training on the Safe Dates Curriculum
Attached is Resolution No. 150-15, Draft 2. Resolution No. 150-15 was amended by the
contents of Communication No. 244.1 and duly approved by the Council on April 15, 2015.
The Council suspended its rule (Rule No. 24(1)(e)) requiring the holdover of substantively
amended legislation and adopted Resolution No. 150-15, as amended to Draft 2.
