HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 175 Draft 01 2014-2016COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII RESOLUTION NO. 175 15 A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR PARK IMPROVEMENTS AT VARIOUS FACILITIES IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 2. WHEREAS, there are many improvements that need to be implemented in park facilities in Council District 2; and WHEREAS, these improvements include, but are not limited to, fencing, gates, facility renovations, and other necessary and appropriate improvements; and WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of Parks and Recreation for park improvements at various facilities in Council District 2; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: FUND: General AMOUNT OF APPROPRIATION: $23,590 OUT AND FROM: 010.101.5101.91 Clerk -Council SVC — Contingency Relief $23,590 CREDITED TO: 010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation Trans to Cap Proj Fund -G 341 Misc. Charges (Discretionary Projects - Council District 2 — 110.588.5589.08) $23,590 BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and the Director of Finance, and that the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
