A Proposed Bill for an Ordinance to Amend Chapter 15, Articles 2 and 3,
of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), Relating to
Parks and Recreation.
Attached please find Draft 2 of Bill 40. This draft contains the amendment to the bill made by
the Council's Public Works and Parks and Recreation Committee, pursuant to communication
no. 234. 1, during its meeting on April 14, 2015.
