RESOLUTION NO. 183 1j
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO COVER UNANTICIPATED EXPENSES IN THE
HSAC/NACO ACCOUNT.
WHEREAS, the Council believes that the Hawaii State Association of Counties
(HSAC) Executive Committee member and the Western Interstate Region (WIR) Board member
should attend the WIR Conference and its board meetings; and
WHEREAS, funds will be used for the 2015 National Association of Counties' WIR
Conference held in May, as well as monthly HSAC Executive Board meetings for the remainder
of the fiscal year 2014-2015; and
WHEREAS, the funds will come from account number 010.101.5101.02.341 (Clerk -
Council SVC OCE, Misc. Charges); now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this
resolution to the County Clerk and the Director of Finance, and that the Director of Finance is
hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
