It is my pleasure to nominate Mr. Kendall J. Wills to the North Kohala Community
Development Plan Action Committee. Mr. Wills has owned property in North Kohala for
eight years, and has lived here for the past two years. He volunteers at Palili `O Kohala,
a taro -farming cooperative and Natural Farming Learning Lab in Hawi.
Mr. Wills states that he is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, he will serve
a term to end on September 9, 2017.
