It is my pleasure to nominate Ms. Nyala L. Neill to the Hawai'i County Pension Board.
Ms. Neill is a lifelong resident of Hawai'i. She is a retired registered nurse.
Ms. Neill is a member of the Hawai'i County RSVP Program, a member of HGEA, and
she is the secretary of Hilo's Red Hat Society — Na Papale Ula Wela O Hilo. She states
that she is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, she will serve a term to
end on December 31, 2019.
