SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 317, Draft 2; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 19,
Article 7, Section 19-57 and Adding a New Section to Chapter 19, Article 8 of
the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as Amended), Relating to
Exemptions from Real Property Tax By Way of Dedication of Land for
Agricultural Use.
Please find attached Bill No. 317, Draft 2. Bill No. 317 was amended by the contents of
Communication No. 280.2, as duly approved by the County Council Finance Committee during
its meeting on May 5, 2015.
Subsequent to amendment, the Council postponed Bill No. 317, Draft 2, to the Call of the Chair.
