Dear Mr. Arakaki,
Re; PROPOSED BILL N0.50 DRAFT 8
As neighbors to the proposed developement we are concerned
about the changes that have and have not taken place since
the project was lase presented here in Kailua-Kona.
1. The number of lots In the project have increased, the
proposed park has been down sized and there are others.
2. the developers have not convinced us that the slope of
Kuakini intersection at a would-be Mauka-Makai connector
on the north end of the project is phyelcally prohibitive.
The existing grade at Lako Street to Kuakini appears to be
even greater.
We need the new proposal presented to this area.
Please have a meeting here in Kailua-Kona for that purpose.
