SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 28, Draft 2; Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2015-2016
For your consideration, below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 28, Draft 2, regarding the
Operating Budget. This proposed amendment would amend General Fund Expenditures by
increasing Contingency Relief, Misc. Charges by $90,000 and decreasing Energy -R&D, Misc.
Contract Services by the same amount.
