Bill 26: Amends Section 25-8-33 (City of Hilo Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code)
of the Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), by Changing the District Classification from
Single Family Residential — 10,000 Square Feet (RS -10) to Neighborhood Commercial
10,000 Square Feet (CN -10) at Waiakca House Lots, South Hilo, I Iawai`i, Covered by
TMK: 2-2-036:042. Applicant Lance Moe. AYES: Council Members Chung, David, Leff,
Ilagan, Onishi, Paleka, Poindexter, and Chair Kanuha 8; NOES: '.None; ABSENT Council
Member Wille— l; EXCUSED: None.
Bill 34: Amends Ordinance No. 14-81, as Amended, the Operating Budget for the County of
Hawaii for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2015. Increases revenues in the Federal Grants
State Homeland Security Program FY14 account ($185,000); and appropriates the same to the
State Homeland Security Program FY14 account. AYES: Council Members Chung, David,
Full' Ilagan, Onishi, Paleka, Poindexter, and Chair Kanuha - 8: NOES: None; ABSENT:
Council Member Wille L EXCUSED: None.
Bill 36: Amends Ordinance No. 14-81, as Amended. the Operating Budget for the County of
Ilawai'i for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2015. Appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants -
SAFE Program account (551.525); and appropriates the same to the SAFE Program account.
AYES: Council Members Chung, David, Eoff, Ilagan, Onishi, Paleka, Poindexter, and
Chair Kanuha-8; NOES: Nonc; ABSENT: Council Member Wille— I; EXCUSED: None.
