Kawailani Street and Kupulau Street extensions; and 4) Update Fair Share Contribution rates,

Bill 40 (Draft 2): Amends Chapter 15, Articles 2 and 3, of the Hawaii County Code 1983
(2005 Edition, as Amended), Relating to Parks and Recreation. Amends various sections to
expand and more clearly define first amendment protections for solicitation -related activity at
