I support the changes to the Ethics Code proposed in this bill.
I am happy to see that the issue of County Employees being released on Couny Time to hear Union endorsed
candidates give campaign speeches on county property is finally being addressed. However, I would like this to go just a
bit further and forbid county employees from being released on County Time to attend any Union meeting at which
Union endorsed candidates for office are present unless all candidates are invited and given equal time to speak.
