Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 50, Draft 9, which includes the
following amendments discussed at the December 15, 1999 Counci( meeting:
1. Condition E. Inserts the words "individual", "either" in the second sentence, and
deletes "right-of--way" from the same sentence.
Deletes the word "with" in the third sentence.
2. Condition F. Reinserts deleted language to include curbs, gutters, sidewalk
improvements and underground utilities to be consistent with language in the
SMA.
Also inserts language "Other interior roads may be privately owned with any
improvements subject to the approval of the Department of Public Works."
and
"Any connection to Papala Street will be for emergency purposes only.
3. Condition P. Amend acreage to 3.8 and amend language to be consistent with the
agreement signed between the DOF, and SCD Kahakai, LLC.
