We heartily endorse Ryan Kohatsu to the Hawaii County Game Management Advisory Commission. Ryan brings a
technical expertise to the Commission as well as being quite skilled in videography and related disciplines. Ryan also has
an abundance of experiences both locally as well as abroad with game rules and management, and has an enlightened
outlook on how to evaluate and improve our own game management practices here in Hawaii.
