Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 28, Draft 2, Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2015-2016
For your consideration, below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 28, Draft 2, regarding the
Operating Budget. The proposed amendment would amend the General Fund Expenditures by
increasing Clerk-Council Svc Oce, Misc. Charges by $7,500 and decreasing HSAC/NACo,
Travel/Conferences by $7,500. The major adjustments are made in the line-items, which removes
funding from Sister City, HSAC/WIR/NACo Conferences, and HSAC Executive Meetings
(Oahu) and increases DAE by $19,530.
The following amendment affecting appropriations to the expenditure accounts are reflected below:
