The proposed amendment would amend the General Fund Expenditures by decreasing Postage- Council Svc by $42,177 and Mayor's Entertainment by $23,200 and increasing the Prosecuting Attorney S&W by $44,580, Health Benefits by $9,808, Retirement Benefits by $7,579, and Employer FICA by $3,410. This amendment would fund a Legal Assistant II position that is currently vacant and unfunded, as well as the fringe benefits for this position.
