Bartsch of Council District 9, to the County of <br /> Hawaii Game Management Advisory Commission. Mr. Bartsch is a 35-year resident of <br /> Hawai'i. He is a Police Officer with the Hawaii County Police Department. <br /> Mr. Bartsch states he is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, he will serve <br /> the remainder of a term to end on December 31, 2015, replacing Cleon M. Bailey who <br /> resigned. At that time, he will be eligible to be reappointed to a full year term to end on <br /> December 31, 2020.
