Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 28, Draft 2, Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2015-2016
For your consideration, below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 28, Draft 2, regarding the
Operating Budget.
"I'hc proposed amendment would amend the General Fund Expenditures by decreasing Postage -
Council Svc by $65,377 and increasing the Prosecuting Attorney S&W by $44,580, I Icalth
Benefits by $9,808, Retirement Benefits by $7,579, and Employer FICA by $3,410.
'this amendment would fund a Legal Assistant It position that is currently vacant and unfunded,
as well as the fringe benefits for this position.
The following amendment affecting appropriations to the expenditure accounts are reflected
below:
