Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 35, Relating to the Salary Ordinance of 2015
Please find below proposed amendments to Bill No. 35. The proposed amendments are
illustrated in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 35 (material to be deleted
is bracketed and stricken; material to be added is underscored).
Bill No. 35 is amended by amending the last paragraph of Section 3(B), to read as follows:
"The Council Chairperson may appoint employees to any of the steps
within the appropriate pay grade and may authorize and approve any step
movements along the appropriate pay grade; provided, however, [the n
