Subject: poison free hawaii
Aloha, thank you for hearing our community's concern for a safe and healthy aina, i would like to drive down the
road with my windows down to breath fresh air however the chemicals that are in
the air(especially along the road/highways) on our island are dangerous to breath with such high contents of
glyphosate. I currently don't even take my son to the park for the same reason.... POISON! everywhere in
Hawaii. We all see the poison trucks (day and night) and know there are better long term ways for weed
control. as a concerned parent and hawaii island resident i urge you to.....
Please remove county funding and purchases of RoundUp/glyphosate and neonicotinoids from the budget and stop
county use of these chemicals immediately and permanently. thank you
