Subject: Testimoney for ZERO budget on roundup, etc
Dear Hawaii State Council Members and Hawaii Government:
I, Kyla St.Cyr am giving my testimony for a ZERO budget for RoundUp, glyphosate s, herbicides, or any roadside, public school or public
location to be sprayed with any chemical of any kind.
It is a hazard to the air quality, water table, animals, birds, bees, bats and Human beings. We cannot afford to create the cost of Lives of any
of the said above for the sake of a few tall grasses or other plants that are on the roadside. Especially, when we have weed eaters, mowers and
the means for alternatives that are not harmful to the environment.
This is MY Testimony: ZERO BUDGET for roadside, public areas and school Spraying.
