As a home owner +n the Kuirohana Kai subdivision. within 200 feet of Lako Sfieet, i have serious
concerns about not reyuir~ng 5CD Kahakai Subdivision to construct amauka-makai connsttor 20 the neW

Allow+ng SCD Kahaka+ Subdivision developers to build a subdivision without adequate roads wilt only
cost the county and the taxpayers more money .n the future, when the problems that are created now
have to be Corrected in the future. And wnai will prohibit other developers from not having io put rn the
necessary mauka-makai mods, aga,n at the expense of the county taxpayers If developers pui in
subdivisions thoy shnuid absolutely be raqu+rea to put in th® necessary road; to support Those
subdivisions-
