Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication No. 310, reports as
follows:
Communication No. 310, submitted by Mayor William P. Kenoi dated May 7, 2015, nominates
Kendall J. Wills to the North Kohala Community Development Plan Action Committee for a
term to end on September 9, 2017.
Mr. Wills was traveling and was unable to be present for this meeting. Council Member Wille
informed the committee that due to issues that the Action Committee faces regarding quorum,
she would prefer to see this item referred to the Council. Council Member Wille further
requested that Mr. Wills be present for the Council Meeting.
Your Committee on Planning is in accord with the purpose and intent of Communication
No. 310 and recommends confirmation of the appointment of Kendall J. Wills to the North
Kohala Community Development Plan Action Committee.
